E-AWE: Worklist Navigator not responsing to user actions/clicks (Doc ID 2302665.1)

Symptoms

On Worklist Navigator , the search on the Monitor Worklist always shows 0 regardless of the filter criteria
The search on the Monitor Worklist should show the query results appropriately.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Worklist > Worklist > Navigator
2. Expand the directories to navigate to MonitorWorklists
3. Select criteria that could return results and hit search
