GSS Actions Reasons Do Not Display Correct When Using Previous Button

The Action reasons are displayed wrongly when we select "Previous" button and go back to change the Action Reason.

The action reasons should be displayed as per setup

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup specific Action reasons for a GSS transaction
2. Initiate that transaction, select an Action reason and click next
3. Click on Previous button and check the Action reasons prompt and all values are shown
