EMM: Asset Meter Link Error From Work Order Completion and Technician Workbench (Doc ID 2303132.1)

Symptoms

The meter reading link is not working as expected on the Work Order Completion and Technician Workbench pages. When clicking on the link, the "no matching values are found" message is returned even though a meter reading was established for the asset. When attempting to add a reading, an abend message is returned.

Steps
---------
This issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:

1) Navigate to Establish Meter Reading at Asset Management > Service and Maintenance > Asset Meter Information. Select an asset id.
2) Select a meter type, check required for work order and Primary, then save the record.
3) Create a work order at Maintenance Management > Work Order Management > Work Order.
4) Select the asset for which you just created a meter reading in the header area of the work order as well as on the task detail line.
5) Enter a description and save the Work Order.
6) Navigate to Work Order Completion at Maintenance Management > Work Order Management. Click on the Meter Readings link. Note that a meter reading cannot be found.
7) Click on Add a New Value, then click on ADD. Note that the abend message "Class RowMethod Get Rowset scroll AM_METER_READ is invalid (2, 270) ..." is returned.
8) Navigate to the Technician Workbench at Maintenance Management > Workbenches. Search on the work order created above.
9) Click on the Meter Readings link. Note that a meter reading cannot be found.
10) Click on Add a New Value, then click on ADD. Note that the abend message "Class RowMethod Get Rowset scroll AM_METER_READ is invalid (2, 270) ..." is returned.
