Error in setting tablespace name step during application of PRP to HCM Image 23

Applying PRP to HCM Image 23. Bug ID is PRJ26519986. Change Assistant job is failing on the step "Setting Tablespace names after copy."

This is an Image Database


ERROR

  ORA-00942: table or view does not exist


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. apply PRP to HCM Image 23. Bug ID is PRJ26519986.
2. In Change Assistant job is failing on the step "Setting Tablespace names after copy."

 

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIStmtExecute error 942 in cursor 4:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
SQL: SELECT V.version FROM PSLOCK V WHERE OBJECTTYPENAME = 'RDM'

Error in include file "C:\PT85601\sqr\setspbdy.sqc" on line 161:
(SQR 3716) Error in SQL statement.

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIStmtExecute error 942 in cursor 5:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
SQL: SELECT P.RecName, P.SQLTableName FROM PSRECDEFN P WHERE RECTYPE = 0 OR
RECTYPE = 7 ORDER BY RECNAME

Error in include file "C:\PT85601\sqr\setspbdy.sqc" on line 214:
(SQR 3716) Error in SQL statement.

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIStmtExecute error 942 in cursor 8:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
SQL: SELECT VER.version FROM PSLOCK VER WHERE OBJECTTYPENAME = 'RDM'

Error in include file "C:\PT85601\sqr\setspbdy.sqc" on line 247:
(SQR 3716) Error in SQL statement.

(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIStmtExecute error 942 in cursor 9:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
SQL: SELECT REC.RecName, REC.SQLTableName FROM PSRECDEFN REC WHERE
REC.RECTYPE IN (1, 6) AND BITAND(REC.AUXFLAGMASK, 16777216) = 16777216
ORDER BY RECNAME

Users are advised to check the CA > Define Database page configurations for

a. Access id 
b. Connection id 
c. Please uncheck - (Set DB Owner Credential)
