Symptoms

On : 8.55 version, Automated Configuration Manager

Customer is refreshing a test environment.  Copying over database. Then using ACM to setup and configure the environment.

Intermittently when attempting to Rename Default Local Node using Automated Configuration Manager the following error occurs:
