Symptoms

ISSUE
---------------
When all types of email addresses are already added in the Employee Self Service/Personal Details/Contact Details section, the (+) button is still available. When tried to add another email address, the add email address page opens up & shows all email types as available to add - including Business type email.

Expected result is that User is prompted, "No more email addresses can be added. Email address limit has been reached."

Steps to replicate:

--------------------------
1. Signon to PeopleSoft HCM as an employee where no email addresses existing in Personal details
2. Navigate to ESS > Personal Details > Contact Details > Email
3. Add in email addresses for all available types: Campus, Home, Other, Rewrite
4. Click on '+' sign on Email section
