No Email Generated When A "Supplier User Account" Registration Is Denied (Doc ID 2304338.1)

No Email is generated when a "Supplier User Account" registration is denied like is happening when submit or approve a new user account.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. So to Supplier Portal and register a new User Account for an existing Supplier
2. Go to Employee Portal ( Supplier > Supplier Registration > Manage User Account Approval ) and Deny this User Account Registration.
3. On click of Deny Button , No Email is Generated.
