EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should not be possible to add or save a new contact phone number row that uses the same type as an existing contact phone number row.

STEPS

3. Add a new (third) phone number row, set its Phone Type to Mobile.

  - At this step, an error message appears: "The phone type already exists. (14100,888)" - this is expected, working as designed

4. Click through the error message and continue entering values for this new phone number row.
5. Click save.
