Benefits Administration Not Loading Wellness Credit (Flex Credit) into Additional Pay (Doc ID 2305351.1)

The Flex Credit for the Wellness Credit plan is not loading to paysheets because it is not being loaded into Additional Pay by benefits Administration.

1. Process Benefits Administration events enrolling employees in the Wellness Credit plan (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).

2. Create paysheets (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets).
