E-NV: "Excel Found Unreadable Content" Error When Opening Report

When attempting to open an nVision output, the following error occurs:

"Excel found unreadable content"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PIA
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > PS/nVision > Define report request
3. Run a report
4. Open the report
5. Notice the error
