Fluid Requisition: Wrong Amounts Shown when Using Another Currency (Doc ID 2305692.1)

Symptoms

When an ePro Requisition is created using the Fluid tile, the wrong amounts are shown when using a currency other than item or user currency.

Steps to Replicate
1. Add catalogue item A002 (25-inch Desktop LCD Monitor, Widescreen) to cart.
2. Access cart and change currency to GBP. Accept the message.
3. Go to checkout
4. Notice the Price is shown in GBP but Total Amount is in USD
5. Submit the requisition
6. Notice the figures in Shipment Details; Price is shown in GBP but Total Amount is in USD
