How Can information be Found when an Error is Generated Related to, 'No Matching Buffer Found for Level"?

A Customer is Trying to run a Trace to Debug an Issue for a Specific Employee, because a User has made a Change using Modify a Person, an Error is Received 'No Matching Buffer Found for Level'; This is Generally a Data Related issue, caused by data being Deleted Incorrectly for the Employee in Question.  The user Ran a Trace to see if it would Show any Rollbacks which could Point to the Missing Data and Related record. 

Running a Trace will most Likely not Capture this type of an Error, see Solution Below for another Suggestion.
