ERS 9.1/9.2: Getting Performance issue When Searching with Pool ID and First Name On Resource Profiles Component (Doc ID 2306088.1)

The Profile Page works properly when searching with only first name or last name or employee id and the Search gives result with Pool Id and Last Name as combination but The search does not provide the result when it is Pool ID and First Name Combination. It will buffer and after 15 mins blank page will appear and it is giving Time Out from Profile component.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Resource Management > Maintain Resource Profiles > Profiles
2. Try to Search with Pool Id and First Name combination.

Actual Result:
After 15 mins blank systems times out

Expected Result:
Page should not have any performance issue.
