E-PORTAL: "Invalid Userid/Password" Error When Clicking on the Recruting Home Tile from IHub (Doc ID 2306153.1)

When the Recruiting Home Tile is enabled and displayed in Portal (IH) it logs out user immediately asking for ID and password. This does not happening with Company directory or other dashboards.

Invalid Userid/Password

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iHub
2. Navigate to: Human Resources -> Recruiting -> Recruiting Home
3. The user gets kicked out with "Invalid Userid/Password"
