Symptoms
IntraUnit Transfer Asset Issue After PUM 24
Interunit transfer is failing for assets after PUM 24 upgrade.

Page data is inconsistent with database. (18,1)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cost Adjust/Transfer page.
2. Select existing asset id.
3. Choose Interunit transfer.
4. Click Go
5. Provide all the details as New BU, asset id, profile.
6. Click Save _ get the error
