Symptoms

PO Number query from Manage Requisitions Fluid Tile does not return PO

Steps to Replicate:
1. Go to the My Requisition Fluid tile.
2. Search in the filter and make sure one or more requisition has its PO created
3. Take a PO ID that is created from a requisition and search for that PO ID from the search page.
4. My Requisitions doesn't return any results though PO ID being searched is coming from a requisition.
