Issue:
================
SQL Error occurred on the Filter Conversation of Collection Workbench.

Error:
================
A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing. (2,213)

Called from:CWB_CONVR_PROMISES.Conversations.OnExecute Name:FilterSelect Statement:432
Called from:COLLECTION_WRKBNCH.GBL.CWB_CONVR_WRK.FILTER_PB.FieldChange Statement:10

Step:
================
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Collections Workbench
2. Select Unit, Customer and Level
3. Select "Tie to a New Conversation" and select one item
4. Enter Conversation and click Add Conversation Entry
5. Verify Conversation Entry added
6. Click Filter Conversation link
7. Enter criteria and click Search button
8. SQL error occurred

Actual Behavior:
================
SQL Error occurred on the Filter Conversation of Collection Workbench.

Expected Behavior:
================
SQL Error should not occur on the Filter Conversation of Collection Workbench.

Business Impacts:
================
Due to this issue, users cannot search Conversation through Collection Workbench.
