Symptoms

No IBAN format has been defined for this country. (9450,223)

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1) Log in to Supplier Portal
2) Click Register as Bidder
3) Enter IBAN on Payment Information Page for Bidder
The following error is then displayed when entering IBAN in supplier registration IBAN field
“No IBAN format has been defined for this country. (9450,223)
Defining a country's IBAN format allows the system to thoroughly validate the field. If a country does not support IBAN, erase the data in IBAN field and continue.”
