Life Event Categories Do Not Display on Life Event Selection Fluid Page

Symptoms
When multiple Categories are used for Life Events, the Category names display on the Life Event Selection page when accessed through the classic menu or Navigator but do not display on the Event Selection Fluid page. Nothing displays for the first Category, not even a space or empty row, and radio buttons with no descriptions display for all subsequent Categories.
STEPS

1. Navigate to Benefits Details tile and select Life Events from the left menu listing.
