Symptoms
The search for property in the Lease Administration Maintain Lease page results in the following SQL error. This is occurring in MicroSoft SQL Server only.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Lease Administration > Receivables Leases > Maintain Lease.
2) Select Property and Search.

Due to this issue, users cannot search for property in MicroSoft SQL server db.
