GSS TRANSFER ACTION REASON CODE HAS UPDATING AUTOMATICALLY IN PORTUGUESE LANG

In Portuguese Language, the action reason selected by the user in the Job and Personal information page is getting overridden automatically in the Review and Submit page of GSS Transfer
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager in Portuguese Language
2. Navigate to My Team and Request Transfer for one of his reports
3. Select the Action Reason value (Ex :PRO)
4. Make sure ‘PRO’ action reason has 3 effective dated row for Portuguese language at the Setup level
5. In the review and Submit page the Action Reason description is Overridden with other values associated with the Action Reason of PRO
