How to Troubleshoot Errored EOEN_MSG Messages when using EOEN_ALERTS? (Doc ID 2307327.1)

Goal

User using EOEN_ALERT with a custom query. When an error occurs, how does one find the source of the error? The messages produced are meaningless:

Attempt to call abstract method/property OnError of object class
PS_PT:Integration:INotificationHandler. (180,845)

When these messages are produced, how does one determine which emails were sent successfully and which were not?
#1 Is there a log somewhere that contains email send details?
#2 Do I need to increase the level of logging somewhere?
#3 Do I need to set a permanent trace on the EOEN_ALERT process and if so, what are the trace parameters?
