Symptoms

An employee creates a Life Event for the birth of a child through Self Service. In the Benefits Enrollment step, the employee enters new coverage where the child is to be covered. When the Submit button is clicked to complete the Benefit Enrollment, the following error occurs:

A PeopleCode program has called an object method with an invalid value for the row number parameter. The row number should be within the range of existing rows in the rowset.

Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error and correct the program.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Complete a Birth Life Event up to the Benefit Enrollment step (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Life Event, Birth Event selected, necessary steps )
2. Make all desired benefit changes.
3. Click the Submit button.
