Life Insurance Deductions Not Being Taken on Payroll For Employees On Terminated With Pay Status

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Deductions for employees who have terminated with severance (status of Terminated with Pay or code ‘U’) are not being calculated for Life Insurance Plans with coverage as a multiple of salary; deductions for plans with coverage set as a flat amount are being taken.
1. Calculate payroll (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
