Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Manager Dashboard/Talent Summary
When an Manager attempting to view Employees "Job Details" and "Performance" tile under "Employee Snapshot" ,
the following error occurs on tile.
ERROR

"An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager
2. Click on "Employee Snapshot" tile.
3. Select any employee
4. The "Job Details" and "Performance" tile displaying below error message
"An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing."
