Symptoms
In some situations, a tile is removed from a homepage after adding a new tile to the homepage via Content Reference. This is because the user used for modifying the configuration has no access to the tile that was removed.
The behavior of the homepage configuration is that when the current user has no access to some tiles, those tiles will be defaulted back to optional once the configuration is saved.
