Person (Business Contact) Record - Error When Info Is Duplicated On The 2nd Entry.

Person (Business Contact) - Error when info is duplicated on the 2nd Contact Info Entry.
1. Customers CRM > search Person
2. Open any existing Person
3. Go to Contact Info tab
4. Click on the second contact info entry
The Contact Info Entry is a different entry business
5. Put the same email address for Email type Business
6. Click OK
7. Click Save
Get this error:
the entered abailey@saratoga_psft.com exists more than once for the purpose type Business
If click Ok here, the error message keeps popping up, so the users have to get out and do the Search person again, open the same person Ann Bailey
Click 'Create Entry', and put the same email address and you are able to save
So the system does not allow the same information on the 1st and 2nd line.
However , it will allow the same information (email or phone) on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. lines.
This has created issue with customer's data and causing the users to get errors all throughout the system.
