Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open AP Fluid Wokrcenter
2. Navigate to any page under workcenter
Actual Result:
Page Title Display with Encoded Characters Ex . PART%20PART
Expected Result:
Page Title should Display without Encoded Characters.
