On : 9.2 version, HR Maintenance

Upgrade HCM 9.1 to 9.2.16: PS_FUND_INST_FRA: SQL0603N A unique index cannot be created

Upgrade HCM 9.1 to 9.2.16

Task 6-12-3: Creating indexes again The notes say:
Important! Review the log to find any unique indexes that might have failed to be created. All indexes should be
created at this time, so those errors are not acceptable and should be corrected. When a unique index fails to be
created, ****** it is probably due to a data conversion issue. *****

 

ERROR

 

CREATE UNIQUE INDEX PS_FUND_INST_FRA ON PS_FUND_INST_FRA (FUND_INST_FRA, EFFDT DESC)

valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned:
SQL0603N A unique index cannot be created because the table contains data
that would result in duplicate index entries. SQLSTATE=2351
