EAR9.1: Dunning IDs Don't Appear In Collection Workbench After Printing Them And Running The Dunning Extract Again (Doc ID 2308914.1)

Symptoms

When checking Printed Dunning IDs, Dunning letters already processed and printed, they are not shown in the Collections Workbench after running the Extract dunning letter again.

REPLICATION STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run Extract Dunning Letter Info;
  2. Check Collections Workbench and Dunning ID is present;
  3. Print Dunning Letter;
  4. Extract a new dunning letter;
  5. Go to Collections Workbench - is available only the last Dunning ID and not the one from point 1 of these steps.
