Symptoms

The Identify Age-50 Extensions process created Savings Management records for these extensions with no amount in the Adjustment Amount field.

STEPS

1. Run the Identify Age-60 Extensions process (Navigation: Benefits > Monitor Savings Pln Extensions > Identify Age-50 Extensions > Identify Age-50 Extensions).
