AP: The Review Bank Balances Page Does Not Show All Accounts

I had balances on bank accounts from a couple of months ago. Since I have now closed the accounts I have marked them inactive. When I go to the Review Bank Balances page and put in a statement date of when the account was open, the account does not appear on the balances list.
It appears only accounts that are active as of today appear on the review bank balances list even though there may be historical balances from when the account was open. This then does not allow me to see when the balances were stopped being reported by the bank and it does not reflect balances in the total balances for the BU or the bank when there were actual balances in the account for that day.
