Fluid My Requisitions - Unable to Maintain From Date Reset on My Requisition Search Page (Doc ID 2309476.1)

When setting Employee Self Service Procurement Manage Requisitions Display.  If user changes the Date From value to ensure My Requisitions display an extended window of time, for example 30 days.  These values are re-set to a 7 day time window after user logs out.

1. Go to Employee Self-Service> Procurement> Manage Requisitions
2. In the Search Requisitions change Date From value from the default to a date of for example 30 days prior to today.
3. Without logging out, go to the My Requisition tile and note that it properly displays My Requisitions based on the changes made in step 2.
4. Log out and log back in.  
5. Employee Self-Service> Procurement> Manage Requisitions has been reset to the default values
