Last updated on SEPTEMBER 22, 2017

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Human Resources - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On the Job code component, for any job codes with mulitple effective dates, the Updated On and Updated By fields are displayed incorrectly.
System always displays the Last updated Oprid and date time for the most effective dated row even when you navigate to history rows.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Goto SQL Database
2. Verify through the sql the values for 'Updated for' and 'Updated by'
     select setid, jobcode, effdt, eff_status, descr, descrshort, lastupdoprid, lastupddttm from ps_jobcode_tbl where setid = 'SHARE'and jobcode = '140035';

3. Goto PIA and navigate to the following: Main Menu > Setup HCM> Foundation Tables > Job Attributes > Job Code Table
4. The values for 'Updated for' and 'Updated by' do not match the values retrieved in the SQL database.
