Bidder Registration: Not All Contact Information Saved If "Save For Later" Is Used (Doc ID 2309924.1)

On : 9.2 version, Bidder Registration

If contact is created, then bidder registration is saved for later, upon return to application, the following information is missing from the bidder contact record:

1. User Description
2. Language
3. Timezone
4. Currency

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Register a new Bidder
2. Enter all the information needed and add a new contact.
3. Press on save for later.
4. Sign out and then sign in again to supplier portal and continue the registration.
5. Open the contact information and notice that the User Description, Language, Timezone & Currency is blank.
