'A Required Related Class (component LAB) must also be Selected' Error Enrolling Students from the Waitlist into MultiComponent Class (Doc ID 2310001.1)

When a student is enrolled in one section of a class and its related component and waiting on another section of the same course that auto enrolls into the same related section, the waitlist process is enrolling without the related component. The enrollment from the waitlist receives the error 'A Required Related Class (component LEC) must also be selected. (14640, 88) - There is an additional component required for enrollment that is missing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Waitlist > Waitlist Process.
2. Run the process and it runs to success.
3. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Block Enrollment > Block Enroll Merge to check the individual enrollment request and it states that a related class is required.
