HRESP: Contract Type Field Gets Blank In Case of Deleting/Inserting Same EFFDT

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a contract is deleted from Update contracts ESP component and it is trying to add a new contract with the same dates like the one deleted, the field Contract Type is blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delete a contract from Update Contracts ESP, default date are shown (current date and contract type 100)
2. Change the dates with the ones from the contract deleted and Save
3. Check Contract Type field
