Fluid Requisition Comments are not Getting Reflected on Line (Doc ID 2310431.1)

Symptoms

When a Requisition is created through the Fluid tile and a line comment is added.  User cannot view the comment when the inquire on the Requisition from the Classic menu navigation

 

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a new special request Requisition from the FLUID Requisition tile.
2. Add a line level comment to the Additional Information Comments section of the Requisition.
3. Save and submit the Requisition.
4. Reinquire on the the Requisition by navigating to it through the Classic ePro menu and note that the comments that were entered in FLUID are not saved.
