EGL 9.2: SQL Error in Review Financial Info > Ledger After Security Change (Doc ID 2310975.1)

After setting up security on project, encountered an error while drilling down Activity in Ledger inquiry
A fatal PeopleCode SQL error Occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
click OK and then new message:

SQL error in Exec, (2, 280) INQ_CRIT_WRK.PB_SEARCH.FieldFormula Name: Populate TotalScroll_2 PCPC 3007 Statement: 51
Called from INQ_CRIT_WRK.INQ_ACT_DRL_LNK.FieldChange Name: DrillFromSummary Statement: 15
Called from INQ_CRIT_WRK.INQ_ACT_DRL_LNK.FieldChange Statement: 165

During the execution of SQL an error occured in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup Financials/Supply Chain -> Security -> Chartfield Security -> Secure Chartfield Options and change method to user and click on project
2. Go to Setup Financials/Supply Chain -> Security -> Chartfield Security -> Maintain Security Rules -> Define Security Rules and create a rule and associate VP1 and business unit US001
3. Build the security rule
4. Go to General Ledger -> Review Financial Information -> Ledger and search. When the results come up, try to drill down in inquiry.
