Goal

In HCM Profile Management, under Person Profile > Qualifications > License and Certifications > Add New Licenses and Certifications, there are 4 fields:
Renewal Required, Renewal In Progress, License Verified and Expiration Date.

1. So how those fields work? Any warning email notifications that we can turn on/off?
2. In Self Service , is there a delivered functionality to upload attachments such as a PDF copy of the license or certification, and submit for manager's approval ?
