Environment:

Application: 9.2.13
PeopleTools Release: 8.55.16
Database is SQL server 2014

Problem Description
-----------------------
FAQ page available in HR service center does not have a Back button, so navigating from the page back is not possible.

Steps
-------
1. Login and navigate to HR Service Center
2. Click the View All link from the FAQ tile
3. On the newly opened FAQ page there is no available Back button
