On : 9.2 version, Workflow

The Change of address transaction doesn't populate bind variables for the admin workflow email.

The following self service transaction has successfully updated the database:

Transaction Name: %4
Address Type: %5
Effective Date: %6
Effective Status: %7
Country: %8
Address Line 1: %9
Address Line 2:


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as RCHANNING and submit an address change.
Navigation: Employee Self Service>Personal Details tile> Addresses
2. Review email sent to administrator. Notice bind variables are not populated with values.
