Goal

On : 9.2 version, Workflow

Customer implemented HTML EMail Approvals setup in out HCM 9.2 instance.

Please advise on the following a query about HTML Emais -

1. If HTML mailbox server is down/not reachable, process of email reading will error out OR it will work automatically when it is back ?

2. In case of Email reading process error, does it have restart logic ? what will be the behavior?

3. Does customer need to archive the mails in the HTML Email box from time to time or Peoplesoft process removes email after processing HTML email ?
