E-QR: Cannot do an incremental index build on the search definition EP_GL_JOURNAL (Doc ID 2311602.1)

Issue:

When run Full search build of search index EP_GL_JOURNAL via PTSF_GENFEED process, the process runs to success.
When run Incremental search build of search index EP_GL_JOURNAL via PTSF_GENFEED process, the process fails with an error.


Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1.PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Schedule Search Index,
2.Add run control with:
  Search Instance PTSF_DEFAULT
  Search Definition EP_GL_JOURNAL
  Indexing Type FULL
3.Run the PTSF_GENFEED process, runs to success
4.Add new run control with:
  Search Instance PTSF_DEFAULT
  Search Definition EP_GL_JOURNAL
  Indexing Type INCREMENTAL
3.Run the PTSF_GENFEED process, process fails

Error:
------
"Non-existent Field for Criteria Expression Field with the supplied Record Alias and Field Name."
"Invalid or Incomplete Query Prompt Values (50,102)
