Symptoms

The archival process cannot run to success

Structural differences between Travel and Expense main tables EX_SHEET_LINE, EX_SHEET_SPLIT, EX_SHEET_ADV and Archival tables EX_SHEET_LINE_H, EX_SHEET_SPLIT_H, EX_SHEET_ADV_H 

Steps:
1) In App Designer open each record and the records associated archive record
  a) EX SHEET LINE and then open EX SHEET LINE H
  b) EX SHEET SPLIT and then open EX SHT SPLIT H
  c) EX SHEET ADV and then open EX SHEET ADV H

1.EX_SHEET_LINE has new field NONPREFMERCH_JUST which was not added to EX_SHEET_LINE_H.
2.EX_SHEET_SPLIT has new field DISTRIB_LINE_NUM which was not added to EX_SHT_SPLIT_H.
3.EX_SHEET_ADV has 5 new fields (LINE_NBR, FOREIGN_AMOUNT, FOREIGN_CURRENCY, RATE_MULT, RATE_DIV), which were not added to EX_SHEET_ADV_H

Actual Result: There are differences between the Travel and Expenses Main tables and the Archival tables.  Cannot run the delivered archival process to success.

Expected Result: For the records and fields in the Archival tables to match the fields in the Travel and Expense Main table resulting in successful archive process.
