Review As-Incurred Revenue Page In Customer Contracts Gives Errors When Using The Prompt For The PC Business Unit On The Search Page

Symptoms

When using the prompt icon to look up the PC Business Unit field on the Review Revenue - As Incurred search page (Customer Contracts > Review Revenue > As Incurred), the user will get either of the two following error messages. This prevents the use of the PC Business Unit field for searching which can impact users' ability to search for specific data.

The problem is present in FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 23 but not Image 24.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Customer Contracts > Review Revenue > As Incurred
  2. Click on the prompt for the PC Business Unit field (magnifying glass icon)
