EMM: PO_REQLOAD Process Overwrites the Line Description Entered at Source with ITEM Description (Doc ID 2312407.1)

PO_REQLOAD process overwrites the line description entered at source with ITEM description. When use Maintenance Management work order purchase on hand
to stage requisitions. On the purchase on hand line select the ITEM ID and then add additional text in the description to help supplier understand the
requirement. However, when the requisition is created in eprocurement the requisition line description defaults to the ITEM standard description.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting the entered description to be kept instead of overridden.

STEPS

1: create work order
2: create purchase on hand line. Add additional text to the item description field. Click Description field to add additional text to the
default description populated from the ITEM master table. In this case I added `Additional Text for Supplier'  
3: Run PO_REQLOAD process
4: check to see in requisition line all the description entered on PO schedule line is populated.
