When viewing Procurement Operational Home Page, several issues encountered with Contracts due to expire analysis.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) When No BU is specified under My Preferences Contract expiration
2) It shows 4 contracts under Expiry Contracts tile
3) Now Specify BUs and click Save
4) Navigate to Procurement operations again, It shows 3 contracts
5) But when clicked on the tile, it shows nothing
