System Allows To Reassign Requisition To Blank Service Coordinator On Review And Source Screen (Doc ID 2312633.1)

On : 9.2 version, Setup - Sourcing

System allows to reassign requisition to Blank service coordinator Service Coordinator / Team is a mandatory field on the requisition. But when Service Coordinator tries to reassign the requisition from review and source page, system allows blank as an option. It removes the service coordinator / Team from the requisition

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create sPro requisition
2. Approve requisition
3. Navigate to sProcurement > Review and Source
4. Click on Review and Source button
5. Click on Reassign link Reassign requisition from Team to Service Coordinator Save the page without selecting any Service coordinator
6. Click Yes on the message. System assigns the requisition to blank service coordinator and it cannot be sourced again.
