We also see a record locked indefinitely and the DBA must intervene.
Referencing Doc ID 1641066.1, we have experienced this issue with PO_AUTO_SRC and a couple of other purchasing related jobs. We have seen on our side if two users are kicking off the same job or a job that hits the same record, a record lock occurs but never releases. We have had the database administrator on our side kill the lock and the job in the process monitor will continue normally. Have you seen this issue reported in addition to what has been documented in Doc ID 1641066.1 ?
